BridgeCmdr 1.3.0; Export Settings Support

After four years of working on BridgeCmdr v2 on and off, I have finally gotten close enough to see this release coming soon. But, in the meantime I need to make sure those who use v1 can export there current configuration out so they can import into v2.

This need to export the settings is an unfortunate technical side-effect that couldn’t be overcome any other way, but now you can upgrade to v2, when released, from v1.3.0 after exporting your settings and importing them into v2. This new feature will also make it’s way in a v2 as well supporting all of its settings.
